Our Aftersales team is seeking an Aftersales Control Specialist to join Inchcape Colombia. The purpose of this role is to centralize, analyze, and manage strategic aftersales information, ensuring the availability of reliable and up-to-date data for business decision-making. You will be responsible for monitoring management indicators, profitability margins, sales performance, and generating critical information for internal control and operational growth. **Your Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and analyze management indicators for the aftersales department. * Track sales and business profitability margins. * Monitor vehicle dwell time in workshops and propose improvement actions. * Analyze spare parts and service sales performance. * Evaluate spare parts costs, pricing, and margins to ensure business profitability. * Administer and configure spare parts pricing in SAP for assigned brands. * Conduct periodic price reviews and adjustments, at least every three months. * Act as the liaison between wholesale suppliers and the aftersales department. * Identify business opportunities through data analysis. * Design and implement early-warning alerts for deviations in key indicators. * Lead initiatives for process automation and optimization. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * A degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and management control. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP system proficiency. * SAP experience (desirable). **What We Offer:** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
