On a typical day, your responsibilities will include:* Requesting quotations * Entering quotation information into predefined comparative table templates for assigned minor purchases, with subsequent validation of the submitted information by a buyer. * Tracking deliveries of quoted and issued orders * Reviewing supplier documentation for onboarding, performing checks against restrictive and binding lists * Digitally archiving approved documents required for supplier registration * Entering supplier deactivation data into Novasoft * Reviewing open purchase orders older than 90 days according to the template designed by Purchasing * Following up with users regarding clarifications on open orders.
