Required Profile * Technician, technologist, or student in Public Accounting. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in roles such as Accounting Assistant or Junior Accountant. * Knowledge of accounting, administrative, and financial processes. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Experience in healthcare sector companies is desirable. * Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Record and post the company’s financial transactions. * Accrue invoices, expenses, petty cash, and other accounting documents. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Perform bank and accounting reconciliations. * Support the preparation of financial and accounting reports. * Monitor electronic invoicing processes. * Administer and control accounting documentation. * Support monthly and annual accounting closings. * Respond to internal and external audit requests. * Verify compliance with policies, procedures, and current accounting regulations. Technical Knowledge * Accounting accruals. * Bank reconciliations. * Electronic invoicing. * Portfolio and supplier management. * Preparation of accounting vouchers. * Basic withholdings and taxes. * Document management. * Intermediate or advanced Excel.
