The position involves developing advanced segmentation models and behavioral analysis to enhance customer acquisition, deepening, experience, and profitability. Additionally, it focuses on identifying growth opportunities using advanced analytics techniques, optimizing commercial campaigns, *journeys*, and cross-selling strategies, and establishing tracking of strategic KPIs to measure the success of each initiative. **Academic Qualifications:** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of three (3\) years in roles related to credit risk, customer or product strategy areas, CRM, or business intelligence. **Technical Knowledge/Tools:** * Programming languages such as python, Spark. * Data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy. * Data analytics, management of customer and product segmentation models, clustering. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical and abstract thinking abilities. * Negotiation and collaborative teamwork skills across departments. * Effective communication to explain data simply. * Ability to generate clear and actionable insights from analyses. * Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
