Position Summary: We are seeking a technician to monitor, support, diagnose, repair, and manage equipment, as well as prepare reports and control inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support and equipment maintenance. 2. Hardware and software failure diagnosis and repair. 3. Inventory management and technical report preparation. DESCRIPTION Monitor equipment availability and connectivity. Respond to incidents and provide remote technical support. Diagnose hardware, software, communication, and peripheral failures. Configure, update, repair, and certify equipment in the laboratory. Track available equipment and recurring failures. Support site visits, installations, migrations, and equipment replacements. Manage spare parts with technical diagnosis. Prepare technical reports and maintain up-to-date records. Control inventories of machines, tools, and components. Escalate cases requiring specialized support in a timely manner. Technical or technological degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, monitoring, or equipment maintenance. Availability to work alternate weekends: one working weekend followed by one weekend off, according to schedule. Desirable experience with cash processing equipment and field technical support. REQUIREMENTS Technical or technological degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, monitoring, or equipment maintenance.
