Job Summary: Develops CNC programs for efficient part production, programming and operating 3- and 4-axis machines with Mastercam, and supervising their operation. Key Highlights: 1. CNC program development for precise production 2. CAD-based part programming in Mastercam (3- and 4-axis) 3. CNC equipment operation and supervision (HAAS and DMG) \* Responsibilities • Develop computer numerical control (CNC) programs enabling efficient and precise production of parts and components using CNC machines. • Program parts based on CAD data according to production/design specifications. • 3- and 4-axis programming in Mastercam. • Operation of CNC equipment with HAAS and DMG controls (Mitsubishi). • Monitor machines during task execution and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. * Knowledge and Tools: * Blueprint interpretation (GD\&T) \- Years of Experience: 4 \- 5 years * 3- and 4-axis CNC machinery operation \- Years of Experience: 4 \- 5 years * Mastercam programming \- Years of Experience: 4 \- 5 years * Conventional lathe and milling machine operation \- Years of Experience: 4 \- 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Experience: * CNC programming and operation: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site employment
