Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage the operational, logistics, and accounting cycles for a new brand, ensuring accurate order execution and financial control. Coordination of operations across commercial, logistics, and accounting departments **We are looking for a Junior Accountant** Bogotá D.C. – On-site **Job Objective:** To comprehensively manage the operational, logistics, and accounting cycles of a new brand, ensuring accurate order execution, invoicing, and financial control in compliance with current regulations and business guidelines. **Key Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting and/or related fields. * Valid professional license. * Minimum 5 years of experience in invoicing processes, accounts receivable management, and accounting cycles. * Record and monitor accounting transactions related to the process (revenues, expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable). * Process the full order cycle generated on the B2B platform by KAMs, ensuring proper receipt, validation, and processing. * Verify correct application of taxes in transactions (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.) in accordance with tax legislation. * Coordinate operations among commercial, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure proper process execution.
