Lead the design of cutting\-edge approaches and solutions by leveraging broad knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking assessments. Assist in the sales process by visiting prospective or existing clients to develop the scope of work, operational planning, and opportunity assessment. Evaluate, design, and implement new layouts, including storage racks, conveyors, automation, and other material handling solutions for facilities. Present tangible results to management and clients regarding improvements or savings achieved in operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to help ensure the ongoing optimization of processes and create a sustainable and lean organization. Integrate subject matter expertise with industry experience, relevant related disciplines, program/process design principles, and business objectives and strategy.
