Position Summary: Lead and technically coordinate the software development team, ensuring the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions aligned with the organization's strategic business objectives, while guaranteeing quality, scalability, security, and adherence to deadlines. Advanced knowledge of modern architectures and technologies Lead and technically coordinate the software development team, ensuring proper architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions aligned with the organization's strategic business objectives, while guaranteeing quality, scalability, security, and adherence to established deadlines. Responsibilities: * Management of software factory work teams. * Tracking of tickets reported to the software development area by users regarding production applications. * Monitoring documentation provided by developers for issues handled in respective tools. * Tracking scheduled activities assigned to developers across project software factories. * Documenting technical solutions and architectural decisions. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience: More than 8 years in software development, including at least 3 years of technical leadership of teams and solutions in enterprise environments. Knowledge of: * Architecture (microservices, clean, hexagonal), CI/CD and version control, security and best practices, technical mentoring, technical risk management, translation of functional requirements, technical estimations, prioritization. * **Frontend:** React, Ant Design 3\.x, TypeScript, Radix UI, Axios. * **Backend:** Java 21, Spring Boot 3\.2\.2, architectural patterns (REST, microservices). * **Unit Testing:** Frontend: Jest and React Testing Library \- Backend: JUnit 5 and Mockito.
