Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury and Administration Coordinator with a proactive and organized profile to lead payment cycles, manage finances, and optimize resources in the Visual Health sector. Strategic liaison with financial institutions A leading company in the Visual Health sector requires a Treasury and Administration Coordinator. A proactive and organized profile with analytical vision for problem solving and resource optimization. Requirements: * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in the area is preferred. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, treasury, managerial support, or operations roles within medium- or large-sized companies. * Personnel management experience * Proficiency in accounting software (World Office preferred) and intermediate Excel skills Responsibilities: 1\. Leads the supplier payment cycle, from supporting document verification to execution on banking platforms. Additionally, forecasts short-term cash flow to alert deviations and ensure resource availability. 2\. Acts as liaison with financial institutions to negotiate terms, reduce transaction costs (fees and interest), and manage financing tools such as factoring or leasing. 3\. Monitors operational expenses by cost center and oversees credit policy and accounts receivable collection to safeguard the company’s financial health. 4\. Ensures timely payment of tax obligations and supports monthly accounting closing by ensuring weekly timely flow of accounting documentation (invoices, payment vouchers) to the respective department. 6\. Supports the Administrative and Financial Management team in monthly closing through reconciliation of: suppliers, advances, and treasury. 7\. Manages procurement, suppliers, and administrative contracts. 8\. Assists in updating price lists. 9\. Calculates commissions for the sales team. 10\. Manages physical resources, supplies, administrative inventories, and assets. 11\. Coordinates maintenance, external services, and major software projects. 12\. Prepares management reports and performance indicators. Total Salary: 3,000,000. Of which, Base Salary: 2,500,000 + Variable: 500,000 COP Work Location: On-site employment
