Receive and inspect materials, spare parts, equipment, components, and other supplies entering the warehouse. 2\. Verify that the specifications of incoming materials, spare parts, equipment, and/or supplies match the requisition; sign the delivery note and return a copy to the supplier. 3\. Assign inventory codes to incoming goods and record them in the manual ledger (kardex) and/or computerized system (AX). 4\. Classify and organize materials within the warehouse to ensure rapid identification. 5\. Receive and review internal requisitions for materials, spare parts, and/or equipment. 6\. Prepare warehouse dispatch documents and delivery confirmations for requested goods. 7\. Track outgoing goods by recording them in the manual ledger (kardex) and/or computerized system (AX). 8\. Conduct weekly cycle inventories and semi-annual general inventories in the warehouse. 9\. Identify low-turnover inventory and report it to the immediate supervisor to initiate appropriate actions. 10\. Maintain orderly work equipment and workspace, reporting any anomalies. 11\. Actively participate in all initiatives promoting software updates, CRMs, applications, and new projects. 12\. Support the proper administrative functioning of the locality. 13\.
