The role emphasizes continuous improvement, operational process automation, and compliance with security standards (PKI/TLS), contributing to the stability and scalability of the integration ecosystem. Requirements Telecommunications Engineering graduate (or related field) with over 5 years of experience, oriented toward critical operations, with focus on security, automation, and continuous improvement. Capable of working in high-demand production environments, possessing strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and technical documentation proficiency. **Mandatory Knowledge** * Administration and operation of **IBM DataPower**. * Solid experience in integration via **SOAP and REST APIs**. * Proficiency in **XML, WSDL, and XSLT**. * Knowledge of **API security**: * SSL/TLS * PKI * Certificate management * Experience troubleshooting services and integrations. * Understanding of integration architecture and service flows. * Experience in change management and technical documentation. * Experience with change windows. **Desirable Knowledge** * **Linux** operating systems. * Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as **Elasticsearch**. * Scripting and automation: * **Python** * **Bash** * Use of **REGEX** for automation and rule validation. * Experience in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS preferred). * Vendor best practices (IBM) and integration standards.
