A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Formulation Developer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing formulations, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement. **Required Profile** Professional degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. Minimum 1 year of experience in formulation, product development, R\+D, or innovation within the food, dietary supplement, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Knowledge of BPM, sanitary regulations, product formulation, and Microsoft Office. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize new formulations. * Conduct laboratory tests and plant validations. * Prepare technical data sheets and documentation for developments. * Evaluate raw materials and ingredients. * Support scale-up of formulations and innovation processes. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Procurement to ensure technical feasibility of products. * Provide technical advice to customers on flavor profile selection and application, aligned with sensory, technical, and cost requirements. * Conduct flavor applications in the laboratory, sensory analysis tests, and validation of profiles according to customer needs. * Provide technical support regarding raw materials—including their application and benefits—adapting solutions to customers' production processes. * Accompany customers throughout product development, laboratory testing, industrial scale-up, and first-batch production. * Support the food line in product development and sensory analysis. **Competencies** * Innovation and creativity. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity. **Working Conditions** Workplace: Toberín neighborhood – Bogotá D.C.
