You will collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** * Participate in all stages of software creation, including development, architecture, and validation * Translate feature requests into practical implementations with input from senior staff * Deliver technical support for issues arising in production systems * Create new software products in cooperation with Product Managers, Product Delivery, and other departments * Modify and upgrade existing software to meet evolving business needs * Perform comprehensive testing to confirm code accuracy, resolve errors, and ensure dependable outcomes * Work with Technical Product Managers to develop user manuals and support resources **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent hands\-on experience * At least 5 years of experience in software development * Minimum one year of experience leading and managing development teams * Proven track record in designing, building, and testing software applications * Ability and willingness to learn and integrate new technologies to address business challenges * Comfortable working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision * Expertise in C\# and .NET Framework * Experience working with Microsoft Azure * Advanced skills in Angular 15 or newer, as well as HTML and CSS * Proficiency in SQL, including T\-SQL, SQL Server, and SSRS * Knowledge of object\-oriented programming, service\-oriented architecture, and clean code principles * Familiarity with RUP and Agile development methodologies * Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with .NET web application development * Understanding of ASP.NET * Exposure to ASP.NET Web API
