The engineer should be self\-reliant enough to operate from feature objectives, intended outcomes, and business context, instead of depending on detailed direction or story\-by\-story breakdowns from a lead. The role fits an engineer who already brings a solid Salesforce foundation and is willing to function within a more adaptable team structure, where duties may combine development, configuration, administrative work, integration support, and cooperation across neighboring technical fields. This is not a role for someone who expects assignments to come only as fully pre\-defined tasks.
