Apply now to drive successful delivery and lasting client trust. **Responsibilities** * Direct full solution delivery for designated accounts * Reinforce governance over production and delivery activities using the selected delivery methods * Plan resourcing to align skills, competencies, and seniority with project needs * Shape sustainable architectures and provide top\-level technical leadership * Promote cooperation across disciplines and stakeholder groups * Strengthen long\-term relationships with clients * Manage client concerns and proactively reduce engagement risks * Prepare client proposals and statements of work * Enforce EPAM methodologies with a strong focus on agile practices * Ensure client accountability is fulfilled within engagements * Build delivery schedules with time, quality, and resource estimates * Run continuous risk management to enable informed decisions * Observe and improve delivery performance metrics * Add technical and managerial value to sales bids * Mentor and coach delivery managers * Take an active role in EPAM’s delivery management community **Requirements** * Extensive experience (15\+ years) in leading Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI projects * Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform solutions, including batch and streaming processes * Hands\-on expertise in Big Data technology stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka * Background in Python, Scala, or Java programming with a focus on analytics and machine learning * Proficiency in SQL and cloud data technologies, and maintaining Big Data solutions * Knowledge of data architecture and software delivery workflows * Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools * Understanding of traditional analytics methods and theories * Experience in agile and other delivery methodologies * Awareness of data security considerations * Expertise in leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and transitioning to cloud environments * Strong presentation capabilities tailored to varying audience sizes * Capability to oversee multiple projects in dynamic environments * Excellent client relationship skills and advanced English (C1 level) communications
