Apply now to help deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. **Responsibilities** * Own end\-to\-end solution delivery for designated accounts * Drive governance for production and delivery activities in line with selected delivery methods * Assign resources to match required competencies and seniority to project demands * Design sustainable architectures and provide high\-quality technical leadership * Facilitate collaboration across disciplines and stakeholder groups * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients * Resolve client issues and reduce potential engagement risks * Produce client proposals and statements of work * Ensure compliance with EPAM methodologies with emphasis on agile practices * Confirm client accountability is met within engagements * Create delivery plans covering timeline, quality, and resource estimates * Apply continuous risk management practices to support decision\-making * Track and improve delivery performance metrics * Support sales bids with technical and managerial input * Coach and mentor delivery managers * Engage actively in EPAM’s delivery management community **Requirements** * Extensive experience (15\+ years) leading Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI projects * Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform solutions, including batch and streaming processes * Hands\-on expertise with Big Data stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka * Background in Python, Scala, or Java programming with emphasis on analytics and machine learning * Proficiency in SQL and cloud data technologies, and maintaining Big Data solutions * Knowledge of data architecture and software delivery workflows * Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools * Understanding of traditional analytics methods and theories * Experience in agile and other delivery methodologies * Awareness of data security considerations * Expertise in leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and transitioning to cloud environments * Strong presentation capabilities tailored to varying audience sizes * Capability to oversee multiple projects in dynamic environments * Excellent client relationship skills and advanced English (C1 level) communications
