Apply today to help our clients achieve impactful results. **Responsibilities** * Manage complete solution delivery for designated accounts * Implement governance for production and delivery work aligned with selected delivery methods * Balance resource allocation to match competency and seniority needs across projects * Plan resilient architectures and provide high\-quality technical leadership * Drive alignment and collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders * Grow and sustain long\-term client relationships * Investigate client concerns and mitigate engagement risks early * Create customer proposals and statements of work * Maintain adherence to EPAM methodologies with emphasis on agile practices * Ensure client accountability is delivered within engagements * Assemble delivery schedules with time, quality, and resource estimates * Maintain ongoing risk management to support decision\-making * Review and elevate delivery performance metrics * Assist sales bids with technical and managerial expertise * Guide delivery managers through coaching and mentorship * Contribute to EPAM’s delivery management community **Requirements** * Extensive experience (15\+ years) leading Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI projects * Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform solutions, including batch and streaming processes * Hands\-on expertise with Big Data technology stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka * Background in Python, Scala, or Java programming focused on analytics and machine learning * Proficiency in SQL and cloud data technologies, and maintaining Big Data solutions * Knowledge of data architecture and software delivery workflows * Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools * Understanding of traditional analytics methods and theories * Experience in agile and other delivery methodologies * Awareness of data security considerations * Expertise in leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and transitioning to cloud environments * Strong presentation capabilities tailored to varying audience sizes * Capability to oversee multiple projects in dynamic environments * Excellent client relationship skills and advanced English (C1 level) communications
