Key Responsibilities As PM/EM, you will be responsible for ensuring proper execution, monitoring, and evolution of the ADMS service, including: * End-to-end AMS service management: support, maintenance, and continuous improvement. * Ensuring SLA, budget, scope, quality, and schedule compliance. * Supervising and coordinating multidisciplinary teams: analysts, consultants, and developers. * Monitoring system availability, performance, and security. * Supporting the support and continuous improvement team by providing guidance and operational support. * Identifying service optimization opportunities and strategic requirements.
