




Job Summary: This role involves implementing, supporting, and administering security platforms and infrastructure, providing Level II support for complex incidents, and designing innovative security solutions. DESCRIPTION * Implement and support security platforms. * Provide Level II support by promptly addressing and resolving medium-to-high complexity incidents and/or requests, responding to submitted requests to meet requirements stipulated by both the client and the company. * Administer internal and external client security infrastructure using appropriate management tools to ensure protection of the company’s network. * Collaborate with Security Management on the client’s IT infrastructure, adhering to established guidelines. * Deliver support services based on service-level agreements (SLAs) negotiated with the client. * Execute maintenance windows and/or RFC scheduling using relevant systematic tools to deliver excellent service. * Configure, maintain, and install security equipment—including Firewalls, IPS, ISE, HE, etc.—to prevent threats and ensure proper handling of client information security. * Plan, execute, and document maintenance activities for security solution equipment, covering both software and hardware levels. * Envision and lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions utilizing the latest market technologies to meet client needs.
