The EM must have solid technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will be: * People Management: Ensure the team’s work is delivered quickly and with high quality, meeting established guidelines and KPIs, promoting active participation and adherence to the tech team and Global66 values. * Provide feedback to developers and TLs with the goal of improving the technical quality of deliverables. * Technical Management: Ensure your developers build software quickly and efficiently using Global66's frameworks and technologies, guaranteeing code quality through reviews and implementation of best practices. * Lead technical decisions regarding design, technologies, APIs, partners, and data models. * Collaborate with POs and other stakeholders to define project requirements, planning and coordinating team efforts, while being able to identify associated risks. * Mentor and develop the technical and professional skills of team members, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment, facilitating communication and conflict resolution. ### **What we're looking for?** * Completed university studies in software development or related fields * 5 years of experience in similar roles * Strong knowledge to decide, design, and implement DevOps pipelines, repositories, and overall architecture * Advanced knowledge of the frameworks and technologies we use at Global66 (Java and Spring Boot) ### **Benefits** We are a high-performance team, meaning being here is synonymous with being among the best.
