Additionally, we maintain **nationwide coverage** with **certified technical personnel**, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment sold by the company, thereby ensuring quality, security, and operational continuity for our customers. **Job Offer: Maintenance Technician – Counting Machines** **Department:** Maintenance and Technical Repairs DAKOTA Solutions is seeking a **Technologist or Professional in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields**, to serve as a **Counting Machine Maintenance Technician** in **Bogotá**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on banknote and coin counting machines at customer sites. * Conduct **technical diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, and replacement of spare parts**, ensuring proper equipment operation. * Provide **on-site technical support**, adhering to the company’s established quality and service standards. * Maintain **effective communication with customers**, identifying their needs and ensuring timely and satisfactory service. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 to 2 years’ experience** in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment or machinery. * Prior experience with cash processing equipment (recyclers, banknote or coin counters) is desirable. * Ability to **analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical failures**. * **Customer-oriented mindset**, proactivity, and willingness to work on-site. * **Willingness to travel frequently** within the national territory. **Employment Conditions:** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, and **Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.** (occasional Saturdays). * Work modality: **On-site**, at customer locations. * The company covers **transportation costs between customer sites** and provides **per diems** for travel outside the city.
