This is a hands\-on role requiring both strategic thinking and execution—from sourcing candidates globally to running structured, high\-quality technical interview processes. Key Responsibilities 1\. Global Talent Acquisition Lead full\-cycle recruitment across multiple regions (LATAM, Caribbean, Asia, and USA) Source, screen, and hire top talent for: WordPress Developers (frontend/backend) SEO Specialists Marketing \& Support Roles Administrative Role Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline 2\. Technical Interview Process Management Design and implement structured technical interview frameworks Conduct initial screenings and competency\-based interviews Ensure consistency and quality in hiring decisions 3\. HR Operations \& Compliance Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for a global workforce Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation 4\. Performance Management \& Employee Experience Implement performance review systems (e.g., probation, quarterly reviews) Support managers in handling employee performance and development Drive engagement initiatives for a remote team 5\.
