Job stability and growth opportunities **Vacancy: HSEQ Director** **Company:** Inmecolsa S.A.S. **Sector:** Manufacturing of stainless steel tanks At Inmecolsa S.A.S., a recognized metal-mechanical company specializing in stainless steel tank manufacturing, we are seeking an **HSEQ Director**, who will be responsible for strategically leading the organization’s Integrated Management System. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Willingness to travel Work at heights **Purpose of the Position** To plan, implement, review, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (HSEQ), including Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, and Quality programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, implement, and maintain the Integrated HSEQ Management System, ensuring its compliance and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, and Quality. * Design, execute, and monitor HSEQ plans, programs, and procedures. * Coordinate hazard identification, risk assessment and control (GTC 45\), and environmental impact management. * Lead investigations into incidents, occupational accidents, and occupational illnesses. * Coordinate inspections, internal and external audits, and accommodate visits from authorities, clients, and ARLs. * Manage HSEQ performance indicators and present reports to senior management. * Promote a safety culture, self-care, and environmental compliance. * Coordinate HSEQ-related trainings, inductions, and workshops. * Supervise epidemiological surveillance programs and absenteeism control. * Manage emergency plans, response teams, and drills. * Oversee environmental management (waste, emissions, permits). * Ensure document control of the Integrated Management System. * Advise senior management on strategic decisions related to risks and sustainability. * Coordinate HSEQ compliance for contractors and suppliers. * Comply with and enforce organizational policies and guidelines. * Perform duties assigned by General Management. **Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading HSEQ systems in industrial or metal-mechanical sectors. * Knowledge of current legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health, environment, and quality. * Proficiency in audits, performance indicators, and continuous improvement. * Certification for work at heights (valid or willingness to renew). * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. **We Offer** * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Excellent working environment * Salary negotiable according to experience Workplace: On-site employment
