Experience: Minimum **12 months** of experience in Human Resources Management processes. Tool Proficiency: * Platform proficiency: SENA, APORTES EN LINEA, compensation funds. * Knowledge of payroll and social security software. Nominai preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process payroll and overtime payments for staff. * Process social security contributions. * Support onboarding and induction processes. * Answer staff calls and PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions). * Enroll employees in the social security system. * Reconcile outstanding balances with social security administrators. * Reconcile payroll and social security records with accounting. * Recover disability benefits. * Manage staff termination procedures. **Salary**: Negotiable based on experience, competencies, and attitude.
