An important **IT sector company, recognized and present in several Latin American countries**, is currently seeking an **Implementation Analyst** to strengthen its team. **Required Profile:** * Technician, Technologist, Student, or professional in technology-related fields (minimum sixth semester of university studies). * Proficiency in office productivity tools. * Basic knowledge of **software and hardware**. * Familiarity with various **operating systems**, and basic knowledge of **networks**. * Analytical skills, customer service orientation, and teamwork abilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support verification of the proper functionality of the company’s products and services, ensuring quality and performance standards. * Conduct testing and evaluations of technological products and services. * Support ongoing evaluation of products under development. * Develop and update documentation and manuals for partners, customers, and internal staff. * Perform final product inspections prior to delivery (quality control). * Provide **pre-sales and post-sales** technical support for marketed products. * Manage customer complaints or requests, channeling appropriate solutions. * Deliver assistance and accompaniment to partners and end customers for correct use of product features. * Participate in corporate activities, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. * Support functions assigned by management. **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary:** $2\.000\.000 to $2\.500\.000 (commensurate with experience) \+ statutory benefits. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Occasionally, as operationally required, Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
