Argos, with more than 80 years in the market, has become a reference point in the cement, ready-mix concrete, and aggregates industry through our operations in Colombia, the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean. Our business model focuses on the customer and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and responsible. Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching process of concrete orders in the northern zone, organizing with the national scheduling center and each operation the resources such as: transportation vehicles, labor, shifts, and plants, seeking operational efficiencies and compliance with agreements made with customers. Continuously monitor area indicators such as: productivity, trips per vehicle, cycle time, and delivery compliance. Lead the development process of action plans and strategies at each plant, continuously optimizing activities within the logistical cycle of loading, preparation, transportation, and distribution of orders, seeking efficiencies and improvements in service levels. Review and jointly analyze with the commercial and operations management the market behavior, in order to plan quarterly required resources such as: plants, drivers, operational personnel, and necessary transport vehicles, to meet budgeted volumes. Respond to service complaints reported by customers, performing case traceability and providing responses within established timeframes. Assist together with the commercial department in customer follow-up meetings, periodically preparing progress reports for each project, where we share ongoing indicators and establish action plans for their fulfillment. We are an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity in all aspects of our business.
