Handles procurement and monitoring of suppliers and contractors. **WORKS AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER** **Company:** Innovacentro SAS **Department:** Administrative and Infrastructure Management **Location:** Office in Bogotá D.C. / Celta Trade Park, with travel to industrial parks **Employment Type:** Indefinite-term or fixed-term contract, as agreed **Salary:** $3\.000\.000 **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **About the Position** Innovacentro SAS is seeking a Works and Maintenance Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities for leased premises, civil works, and facility adaptations at its main office and at warehouses located in Intecxona and Celta Trade Park. The role ensures timely procurement of qualified suppliers, controls quotations and budgets, and guarantees the physical and industrial safety of organizational facilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage access of external maintenance personnel, verifying documentation and prerequisites prior to their engagement. * Request, compare, and manage quotations from maintenance, construction, and premises adaptation suppliers and contractors. * Administer and supervise Warehouse 73 (Celta Industrial Park) and Warehouse 30 (Intecxona), verifying their condition and infrastructure. * Coordinate and execute required premises adaptations at the Innovacentro SAS office. * Procure and monitor companies or individuals responsible for executing adaptations, maintenance tasks, and minor works. * Prepare and consolidate technical and economic quotations for maintenance and space adaptation processes. * Supervise the preparation of architectural and technical drawings related to construction or renovation projects. * Conduct periodic visits to industrial parks and warehouses to assess infrastructure conditions. * Support the planning and execution of small-scale construction and works projects. * Timely report to management on the status of maintenance activities, quotations, and incidents affecting assigned warehouses and offices. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations during construction and maintenance activities. **Requirements** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related fields focused on infrastructure construction and maintenance. * Minimum two (2\) years of experience in civil works, construction, leased and industrial maintenance, and in supplier procurement and supervision. * Additional training in drafting and reading technical drawings, quotations, and construction budgets; proficiency in technical drawing software and knowledge of occupational health and safety applied to construction are desirable. * Valid professional license or registration appropriate to the profession (Engineering or Architecture). **Desired Competencies** Supplier management and negotiation, planning and organization, technical supervision, attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving, autonomy, willingness to travel, and ability to work under pressure. **Work Modality** On-site work at the Bogotá office, with periodic travel to industrial parks (Warehouse 73, Warehouse 30, among others); possibility of agreeing on partial remote work days.
