This opportunity is on-site. **The Role.** Wood Colombia is seeking an Electrical Engineer or related discipline professional with 10–15 years of specific engineering project experience within the Oil & Gas sector to serve as an Electrical Engineer. Work location: Bogotá. Developing and/or reviewing electrical discipline deliverables. * Conducting site visits for data collection and surveying required information for project development. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. **Requirements:** * English proficiency — minimum 75% preferred. * Colombian Technical Regulation for Electrical Installations (RETIE), NTC 2050, NFPA 70, API RP 500 and other national and international standards applicable to the discipline. * Development of electrical discipline scope deliverables, such as: design criteria, specifications, data sheets, requisitions, calculations, single-line diagrams, layout drawings, studies, etc. * Interdisciplinary documentation for project integrity (review). * Technical management of subcontracting. * Cathodic protection. * Resistivity and electrical studies, among others. * Technical knowledge necessary to provide immediate solutions to clients. * Advanced use of ETAP and DIALUX software. **Desirable:** * Positive attitude and teamwork orientation. * Communication and active listening skills. * Initiative. * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset. * Leadership.
