Drive development and operational excellence across the organization We are seeking a seasoned **Senior DevOps Engineer** to join our team and lead the automation, deployment, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will architect solutions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Agile teams to design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, manage complex cloud environments, and establish best practices that drive both development and operational excellence across the organization. **Responsibilities** * Architect and provision cloud infrastructure using IaC code, tools, and principles * Design and build advanced CI/CD pipelines for scalable application delivery * Automate complex, repeatable tasks using scripts, custom code, and automated tooling * Lead collaboration with Agile teams and align infrastructure work with their release schedules * Define and implement tooling and systems that support DevOps and Development goals and strategic initiatives * Manage, monitor, and optimize diverse and large\-scale cloud infrastructure * Troubleshoot and remediate complex issues, lead incident response, and drive root cause analysis for outages in supported structures * Document architectural decisions, issues, fixes, and changes to supported structures * Establish, implement, and maintain best practices, governance, and security policies across supported systems * Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting engineering excellence **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience working with cloud systems and infrastructure, with at least one major provider (AWS preferred) * Solid background in Application Delivery, including ownership of end\-to\-end delivery processes * Proven expertise operating and scaling cloud structures using automated systems and pipelines * Advanced proficiency designing and implementing automated pipelines using CI/CD tools and scripts * Hands\-on experience architecting and operating IaC\-based cloud infrastructure, ideally with Terraform * Strong coding skills in one or more languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Java (Python ideally, or Java required); familiarity with Node.js or C\# is a plus * Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders * Minimum English language level of B2 **Nice to have** * Proven capability to design and provision enterprise\-grade cloud infrastructure * Hands\-on experience with GitLab * Competency in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring and observability solutions **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
