The Intern, Customer Experience position is designed for a trainee responsible for identifying, measuring, controlling, and monitoring commercial market behaviors within the financial, banking, and credit sectors; performing support and accompaniment duties for sales teams, enabling recognition of key plans, strategies, and arguments to provide feedback, structure, and track client-related processes and bid submissions. Additionally, the role includes operational responsibilities focused on commercial advisory services and advisory support for financial operations, along with applicable solutions for such entities. **What You'll Bring:** * Students enrolled in technical or technological programs eligible to begin their productive internship phase starting January 2023, pursuing academic programs such as commercial and financial institution advisory, banking management, administrative management, or related fields. * Availability for full-time work, proactive attitude, and strong interest in learning about planning, management, and organization within the customer experience area. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry, filters, searches, basic functions, pivot tables). * Ability to actively listen and identify customer needs. **Impact You'll Make:** * Support and execution of audits assessing commercial compliance of tools and team members within this area. * Communication with sales agents to support preparation of proposals and document collection. * Support in providing suggestions and recommendations regarding the company’s commercial interactions. * Support in guiding, identifying, and executing sales activities aligned with commercial objectives. * Consolidation of commercial performance data in the financial market. * Support and management in identifying, measuring, and controlling commercial risks. * Understanding of internal process review and compliance procedures. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in\-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
