We are currently seeking a Junior Architect to join our team. We are looking for a responsible, creative individual with excellent teamwork skills. Requirements: Professional, recently graduated. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of urban regulations and blueprint preparation. Ability to work under the guidance and supervision of the lead architect. Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (internships accepted). Main responsibilities: Support architectural design and blueprint preparation. Conduct site surveys and 3D modeling. Prepare presentations, renderings, and technical documentation. Assist in reviewing applicable regulations and required permits. Support construction processes as assigned. We offer: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,500,000 Position type: Full-time
