Implementation of improvements and updates We are looking for a Junior Information Systems Analyst responsible for monitoring, supervising, and providing support and maintenance for the organization’s operational and functional information systems to ensure their availability and contribute to the smooth execution of activities related to IT services. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide effective and timely support and maintenance for information systems. Verify the availability of assigned information systems. Implement information systems improvements and updates to automate and optimize processes based on the plans defined by the information systems process. Manage projects related to information systems. Other tasks assigned by the Technology Management team **Education:** Technical degree in Systems Engineering or related field (or currently enrolled in the 9th or 10th semester), or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. **Experience:** 2 years in support, development, or information systems analyst roles.
