We Are Looking for a Junior MICE Assistant! Do you have experience in agencies specialized in corporate travel, events, and corporate account management? We want to meet you! Ideal Profile: Previous experience in corporate sector companies, MICE, or recognized corporate travel agencies Management of corporate clients and business events Experience preparing quotations, budgets, and commercial proposals Negotiation with suppliers and operators Comprehensive follow-up of events, incentives, and corporate travel High level of organization, service orientation, and attention to detail Accurate costing of services * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations with required attachments * Design budgets and service profiles aligned with client needs * Conduct ongoing follow-up of corporate events and travel * Confirm contracted services and provide operational support * Physically accompany strategic services when applicable * Execute post-service business closures Employment Conditions: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Indefinite-term contract Salary: COP 2,000,000 to 2,200,000 depending on experience We seek a strategic, solution-oriented individual with proven experience in the corporate and MICE sectors.
