Within the People Administration area, we work to guarantee an efficient and high-quality experience in processes related to payroll, international mobility, certifications, benefits, and administrative management—promoting a culture of service, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in managing and controlling administrative processes that directly impact our employees’ experience. You will participate in budget, contract, and supplier administration; support international mobility, labor certification, and settlement processes; and contribute to executing activities ensuring compliance with corporate policies and current regulations. Additionally, you will have the chance to drive process improvements through digital tools and innovative methodologies—generating value for the department and organization. **Some of the responsibilities you will undertake in this role:** Through a 12-month contract with a Personnel Services Administration company (outsourcing), you will:* Forecast cash flow for medical services, BPO, and other suppliers to ensure sufficient cash availability for payments to each respective entity. * Maintain control over active contracts of the organizational unit to manage tendering or extension processes as appropriate, keeping information updated for consultation and report generation within defined tools. * Execute and monitor the O\&M budget monthly, along with preparing conformity documents for suppliers delivering services within the area. * Monitor and invoice expatriate and inpatriate staff, tracking provisions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable related to such employment arrangements within the company. * Jointly manage with the service provider the immigration process for foreign personnel arriving in Colombia, ensuring legal compliance required for such movement. * Consolidate cost calculations for Transition Fund program registrations, overseeing the process from tenant acceptance and signing through to pension and severance fund payments deposited over time during the worker’s Temporary Pension period. * Administer the certification email inbox, ensuring information quality and management regarding certificate issuance, information validation, responses to requests from Legal Management, and internal and external inquiries—thereby ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across received requests. * Review workers’ debt capacity, monitor labor debt settlement closures, respond to libranza authorization requests received, and ensure information quality in every authorization sent." **What Will Make You Succeed?** **Technical Skills:*** Academic background: Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, or related field. * Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office), SAP, payroll systems, and Colombian labor regulations.
