Ensure compliance with current legal regulations **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Leader (SG-SST)** **Job Description** Dentix Colombia S.A.S is seeking an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Leader (SG-SST)** responsible for **designing, implementing, maintaining, and strengthening the Occupational Safety and Health Management System**, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and promoting safe working environments for all employees. **Mandatory Requirements** **Education** * Professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields. * ***Specialization*** in Occupational Safety and Health. * Valid Occupational Safety and Health license issued by the competent authority. **Experience** * **4 to 5 years of certified experience** in designing, implementing, and managing the **OSH Management System (SG-SST)** and similar roles. * Experience in **companies with more than 500 employees**. * Preferably experience in the **healthcare sector**. (Desirable but not mandatory) **Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. * Management of indicators and operational reports. * 50-hour course or 20-hour refresher training on SG-SST. * Knowledge of emergency response teams and integrated management systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the implementation and maintenance of the SG-SST. * Conduct safety inspections and monitor risk conditions. * Manage the risk matrix, performance indicators, absenteeism, and work-related disabilities. * Coordinate the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST), emergency response teams, and activities with the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL). * Lead investigations of occupational accidents and incidents. * Coordinate training programs, audits, and the annual evaluation of the SG-SST.
