Resolve inquiries and generate labor cost reports * Contract for specific work or services * Salary to be determined **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technician or Professional degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years leading payroll processes in companies with over 500 employees. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas). * Proficiency in payroll software (SIIGO, WORD OFFICE, OTHERS). * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and tax reform (withholding tax). **Competencies:** Strong analytical, organizational, and discretion skills when handling sensitive information. You will be responsible for ensuring that our employees’ compensation process is accurate, timely, and fully compliant with current legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Payroll Processing:** Execute the full payroll cycle (biweekly/monthly) for the entire workforce. * **Social Security:** Calculate and manage contributions via PILA (Health, Pension, Occupational Risk Insurance, Family Compensation Fund). * **Management of Employee Events:** Process hires, terminations, medical leaves, vacations, overtime, and surcharges. * **Settlements:** Calculate contract settlements, bonuses, severance pay, and interest. * **Reporting:** Generate labor cost reports and flat files for bank disbursement. * **Employee Support:** Address inquiries regarding payments and employment certificates.
