We seek a candidate with a holistic project vision, capable of integrating various technical areas—including civil works, electrical installations, finishes, carpentry, and other related disciplines—ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. This is not an on-site resident operational role; rather, it is a strategic and technical position responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and controlling the overall project execution. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil or related fields). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management. * Knowledge of: * Civil works * Electrical installations * Finishes * Reading and interpreting blueprints * Budgeting and cost control * Leadership and interdisciplinary teamwork capabilities. * Ability to supervise contractors and work teams. * Proficiency in office software and design or project management software (desirable).
