Job description: The Regional Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting regional financial operations, including accounting and tax activities, to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. The role also provides administrative and operational support to the finance function. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance within a multinational environment. Main Responsibilities:* Perform AR/AP reconciliations, analyze financial transactions, and support month\-end and period\-close activities across the region. * Support regional tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, withholdings), including government surveys and coordination with local accountants. * Monitor and analyze financial transactions, ensuring proper classification and reconciliation. * Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. * Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and other documentation, providing and organizing information to our local accountants. * Assist in preparing, sorting, and filing accounting and administrative documents (digital). * Coordinate the Insurance commercial policies issuing. * Support collecting withholding certificates with customers and vendors. * Provide ongoing support to the Finance Manager to ensure smooth daily financial operations. * Coordinate timely information flow with SSC, internal and external auditors, headquarters, and other stakeholders. Education:* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred. Skills:* Strong knowledge of tax laws, payroll processing, and general accounting principles. * Proficiency in financial software (Microsoft dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. Language:* Minimum English level B2\. Personal Attributes:* High level of integrity and ethical standards. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proactive approach to problem\-solving and process improvement. * Team players with excellent communication skills.
