Job Description **Position:** Semi-Senior Quality Analyst **Role Description:** * A **Semi-Senior Quality Analyst** is required for the **Banco Mundo Mujer** project. We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing **technical-functional requirements** and basic development knowledge, enabling effective interaction with development and deployment tools. * It is essential to reside in **Popayán** and have experience in **analysis, validation, technical documentation, and deployment processes**. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technologist or Professional in Systems Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum of two (2) years in the **financial sector.** **Required Skills:** * Functional analysis processes and structured requirements documentation. * Technical and functional validation of developments (technical reading, testing in development environments). * Management and structuring of test case matrices and backlog control. * Basic-to-intermediate SQL for queries and validations (**Oracle, SQL Server**). * Familiarity with development tools such as **Java** and **JavaScript**. * Use of **Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines)** and ticketing systems. * Understanding of **CI/CD** processes and deployment script validation. **Desirable:** * Functional knowledge of **AS/400**. * Experience with **Bantotal** (credit approval workflows, workflow policies, transactions, **SOAP/REST** services). **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the analysis of monthly received requirements (RQM). * Coordinate planning and understanding sessions with vendors and internal teams. * Break down and detail requirements together with the vendor (daily sessions). * Validate deliverables in development environments: object installation, configuration, technical and functional review. * Develop component testing, report non-conformities, and follow up until resolution. * Document tests, create technical-functional manuals, and ensure formal RQM closure. * Manage tasks and deliverables through **Azure DevOps** and the vendor's ticketing system. **Working Conditions:** * Location: Popayán, Colombia. * Work Modality: Hybrid. * Contract Type: Indefinite term. * Salary: Negotiable according to experience. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. If you meet the profile and reside in **Popayán**, apply now and become part of the Q-Vision team!
