This full\-stack role requires deep knowledge of .NET, C\#, and React, focusing on both new feature development and legacy system improvements. **Responsibilities** * Write, review, and optimize code in .NET, C\#, and React for new features and modernization tasks * Refactor legacy SOE application components to improve performance and maintainability * Plan and execute migration strategies for moving SOE functionalities to modern platforms or architectures * Identify obsolete components and plan their safe removal * Ensure data integrity and seamless transition during migration * Document decommissioning steps and ensure minimal disruption to business operations * Implement modern design patterns, frameworks, and best practices * Maintain clear technical documentation for migration, modernization, and decommissioning processes * Report progress and blockers to stakeholders * Advocate for and implement engineering best practices including component reusability, modularity, separation of concerns, and performance optimization * Lead by example in delivering small, iterative stories using trunk\-based development * Foster a culture of pairing, shared ownership of quality, and test\-driven development (TDD) * Promote fast builds, automated deployments, and production\-ready code with built\-in observability, resilience, and security **Requirements** * 3\+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on back\-end engineering * Expert\-level proficiency in ReactJS, .NET, and C\# * Experience building event\-driven architectures and loosely coupled services * Experience collaborating across teams to implement observability standards using tools like DataDog, Splunk * Hands\-on experience in CI/CD environments with a strong understanding of deployment pipelines and version control workflows * Demonstrated success in moving from monoliths to microservices as part of modernization efforts * Fluent communication skills in English at a B2\+ level
