This role focuses on engineering execution and enablement, ensuring seamless integration of AI tools into development workflows and scaling their use across teams. **Responsibilities** * Design AI\-powered solutions integrated into SDLC workflows, including requirements, development, testing, and CI/CD * Build backend services and integrations for LLM\-based tooling within engineering environments * Develop prototypes and implement production\-grade AI\-assisted automation * Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and testing frameworks * Identify impactful SDLC use cases for AI enablement * Establish best practices for AI\-assisted development * Support engineering teams in adopting AI tools with hands\-on guidance * Define guardrails for secure and responsible AI usage * Measure and report the impact of AI adoption on cycle time, quality, and productivity **Requirements** * 3\+ years of engineering experience with Python, with additional experience in Java or Node.js as a bonus * Experience integrating external APIs, including AI/LLM services * Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices * Expertise in microservices architecture combined with familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes * Experience implementing production\-grade services with scalability, monitoring, and logging * Practical experience with LLM APIs and prompt design * Strong understanding of end\-to\-end SDLC processes and improving developer productivity through tooling * Ability to drive adoption of new technical practices and translate AI capabilities into engineering improvements * Strong communication skills and ability to lead demos, workshops, and internal technical sessions * Advanced proficiency in English (B2\+/C1\) **Nice to have** * Change management skills
