You will be responsible for driving data review and analysis to improve machine learning model performance, working closely with customer SMEs to organize fast and effective data collection flow. You will also be responsible for providing data and ML quality reports, creating training/gold sets, analyzing data fields and ML outputs results, and closely working with ML/BA to achieve higher accuracy and automation rates. **Responsibilities** * Organize fast and effective data collection flow by working closely with Customer SMEs * Drive data review and analysis to improve Machine Learning model performance in order to achieve automation goals * Provide Data and ML quality reports, incorporating them into the visual dashboards by leveraging integrated Tableau tools * Analyze data fields and ML outputs results, suggest model improvements * Closely work with ML/BA to achieve more higher accuracy and automation rates **Requirements** * A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and Visualization, showcasing your proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization * Expertise in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL, enabling you to create and manage complex data models, dashboards, and reports * In\-depth knowledge of algorithms and data structures, highlighting your understanding of the broader data landscape * Experience in working with Machine Learning models, including data collection, review, and analysis, and suggesting model improvements * Strong focus on teamwork and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams * Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure * Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper\-Intermediate level or higher **Nice to have** * Machine Learning Basics and concepts * Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, Javascript)
