In this role, you will be responsible for ETL development and building scalable solutions for Salesforce data integration. You will be working closely with international delivery teams and executing data migration, cleansing, and archiving on Salesforce environment. Your expertise in data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation will be crucial in ensuring the success of the project. **Responsibilities** * Develop ETL solutions for Salesforce data integration using Talend and other data loader tools * Analyze source and destination data for effective data mapping and transformation * Build scalable and well\-documented solutions that adhere to project requirements * Execute data migration, cleansing, and archiving on Salesforce environment * Collaborate closely with international delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery * Document and troubleshoot problems in data integration and ETL processes **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in data integration and ETL development * Expertise in Salesforce, Talend Cloud, and Salesforce Data Loader * Strong knowledge and experience in data modeling fundamentals and SQL * Ability to plan, execute, and document data migration process according to project requirements * Experience in working with large datasets and executing data cleansing and archiving on the Salesforce environment * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
