Job Summary: Zenware seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join autonomous Pods, building complete functionalities for international clients with full repository and backlog access. We are expanding our senior engineering team and seeking a **Senior Full Stack Software Engineer** to join our development Pods. The Challenge We seek someone who builds complete features end-to-end—not just consumes APIs already defined by others. You will work in small, autonomous squads, with real accountability for your deliverables, on international client projects with full repository and backlog access from day one. Technical Requirements **Experience** * \+ 4 years of demonstrable senior-level full-stack software development experience. Junior or trainee profiles are not eligible. **Backend** * Java (Spring Boot / Spring MVC) or equivalent stack. * Secure and scalable REST APIs. **Frontend** * React or Angular, with solid TypeScript proficiency. **Databases** * PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle. **DevOps** * Docker. * CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalents. * Cloud: AWS experience (desirable). **Language** * B2\+ English — direct collaboration with international teams. **Other Non-Negotiables** * Active use of AI tools in the development workflow (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar). * English Highly Valued * Experience with microservice or microfrontend architectures. * Experience in test automation. * Track record in high-availability / mission-critical applications. * Experience in regulated sectors (banking, fintech). **Benefits** Competitive salary aligned with your experience Long-term project engagement—not a 3-month contract that leaves you job-hunting again. 100% remote work, whether you’re in Bogotá, Medellín, or any other city.
