Join us to drive impactful data projects and advance your career in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead complete solution delivery for designated accounts and serve as the main contact for delivery matters * Ensure adherence to delivery governance and management procedures according to chosen frameworks * Manage staffing and allocate resources based on required skills and seniority to meet delivery plans * Guide the technical architecture of projects to align with quality and future\-proof standards * Coordinate across stakeholders and teams to ensure project objectives are met * Develop and maintain long\-term client relationships while managing engagement risks * Oversee the creation of client proposals, statements of work, and necessary project documentation * Promote best practices, methodologies, and agile frameworks in delivery operations * Implement risk management plans throughout the delivery process * Analyze and improve delivery performance to boost productivity continuously * Assist sales teams by providing delivery insights during bid preparations * Coach and support other delivery managers within the company **Requirements** * Extensive experience (minimum 9 years) in delivering Data and Analytics projects including Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI * Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java with knowledge of Big Data ecosystems such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka * Proven expertise in data platform engineering involving batch and real\-time data pipelines * Advanced SQL skills and experience in designing and supporting large\-scale Big Data solutions * Prior leadership involvement in cloud migration projects using AWS, Azure, or GCP * Deep understanding of data architecture and security aspects in data projects * Familiarity with data visualization techniques and classical analytics methods * Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast\-paced setting with excellent client communication skills (English C1 level) * Solid knowledge of project delivery frameworks including agile and change management
