We are looking for a Senior Vending Machine Technician whose objective is to guarantee the proper operation, maintenance, and optimal performance of vending machines through execution of diagnostics, repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as supervision of their operation and restocking—ensuring service continuity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the company’s technical standards. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring optimal vending machine operation through advanced diagnostics, specialized maintenance, and technical leadership, guaranteeing high availability, product quality, and customer satisfaction. * Executing advanced preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnosing complex failures (electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software). * Leading installations and configurations of new machines. * Supervising and supporting junior technicians. * Optimizing routes and technical service response times. * Analyzing recurring failures and proposing definitive solutions. * Configuring machine parameters (dispensing, temperature, timing). * Ensuring quality standards for beverages and products. * Managing spare parts and tools. * Preparing technical reports. * Handling critical customers or high-impact incidents. Academic Level **Advanced Technologist or Technician** in: * Electronics * Electromechanics * Mechatronics * Industrial Maintenance Required Experience * 3 to 5 years of experience in vending machine maintenance and repair or similar equipment, with knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
