The primary purpose of this role is to support the team by executing assigned activities, contributing to process optimization and delivering consistent support services. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Student pursuing a Technical or Technological program in Human Resources, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), administrative fields, or related disciplines. * **Stage:** Availability to begin academic or productive stage (internship). * **Competencies:** Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, administrative skills, and ability to work in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in executing administrative and operational tasks within the Human Development area. * Collaboration in processes related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Identification of improvement opportunities in the area's current processes. * Support in document management and tracking of scheduled tasks.
