Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Leader to guide the technical evolution of a global B2B platform, structuring operations and leading the team to scale alongside business growth. Lead and mentor a development team We are looking for a Development Leader to drive the technical evolution of a niche B2B platform already present across all five continents. The company, backed by a parent organization with 16 years of profitability, has validated its product and is now entering a phase of massive commercial scalability. Your mission will be to structure the technology operations, lead the architecture, and organize the infrastructure to ensure the platform grows at the same pace as business demand. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Hands-on Development (50%):** Design and code the most complex and critical features. You will not perform minor tasks; instead, you will lay the foundation for code and architecture (PHP 8 / MySQL). * **Technical Leadership (50%):** Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers. You will conduct code reviews and outline technical solutions for the team to implement efficiently. * **Stack Evolution:** Lead the technological transition of legacy components (currently migrating from ExtJS) toward modern standards. **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** +4 years of solid backend-only development experience with **PHP (7\.x/8\.x)** and **MySQL/MariaDB**. * **Leadership:** Prior experience leading technical teams or making software architecture decisions, while maintaining an active role in coding. * **DevOps:** Interest in server and infrastructure management to optimize current operations. * **Business Orientation:** Pragmatic mindset.
