We are not a dealership with a website: we are an end-to-end platform transforming how people in Colombia buy, sell, rent, finance, and operate motorcycles—new, used, and electric. We have built from scratch a marketplace, an ML-powered quotation system, automated legal validations via government APIs, AI agents for lead engagement and process management, and our own backoffice for internal operations—all integrated with Odoo as our ERP. Our tech stack: microservices, Next.js, NestJS, Python, PostgreSQL, and multiple complex integrations. We are 90 people, growing at double-digit rates month-on-month, have just reached break-even, and will launch in Medellín and Cali in the coming weeks. Our next funding round is already in the works. **The Role** We are looking for a senior Tech Lead to be Motai’s technical architect. You will make the most important technical decisions, safeguard code quality, and raise the bar for the entire engineering team. This is a 60% hands-on and 40% technical leadership role. We are not looking for a people manager.
